At Delhi Competitive & Vocational Society, we value every contribution made towards our mission. As a non-profit organization, donations and payments are used to support our charitable initiatives. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making a donation or payment.
All donations made to Delhi Competitive & Vocational Society are voluntary and non-refundable.
Once a donation is processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded, except in cases of fraudulent transactions or errors.
Donors are encouraged to verify all details before making a contribution.
If Delhi Competitive & Vocational Society organizes an event, training, or program that requires registration fees, cancellations made at least 7 days before the event may be eligible for a refund.
Refunds will not be processed for cancellations made less than 7 days before the event.
If an event is canceled by Delhi Competitive & Vocational Society, registered participants will receive a full refund.
If you have been charged multiple times for the same donation or payment due to a technical issue, please contact us immediately.
Upon verification, we will process the refund of the duplicate amount within 7-10 business days.
If a transaction is found to be fraudulent or made in error, donors can request a refund within 7 days of the transaction.
Delhi Competitive & Vocational Society reserves the right to verify and approve such requests.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 10-15 business days via the original payment method.
Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 10-15 business days, depending on the bank or payment gateway policies.
