Skill Development & Livelihood Training Program

DCVS has consistently worked towards building sustainable livelihoods through skill development initiatives. The organization has trained over 20,000 beneficiaries across multiple sectors, including ICT, garment making, beauty & wellness, plumbing, and community-based services. It has actively partnered with the Training & Technical Education Department, Govt. of NCT of Delhi under TECOS and also with KVIC, Ministry of MSME under the Prime Minister’s Employment Generation Programme (PMEGP) to promote self-employment and vocational growth.

Additionally, through its Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) program under the Indian Plumbing Sector Skill Council (IPSC) and KBL CSR initiative, 300 plumbers have received certification and recognition for their skills.
